for change dance collective presens its first evening-length company production:
Perhaps the cracks begin to form slowly, as sure as the step we take into each new moment. Or perhaps we smash, and what was there before is a million fragments.
In "The Faults We Sought to Mend," for change dance collective explores a world in which the scars of former brokenness become part of an object’s history, instead of something to be ashamed of or to hide.
Created through fcdc's signature democratic process, the collaborators offer moments of truth, vulnerability, and openness, featuring music composed and performed by Guerrilla Composers Guild.
Performances:
Saturday, February 28th, 8PM
Sunday, March 1st, 2PM
Eighth Street Studio
2525 8th Street, Berkeley, CA
